1. QC test bench requires that the electrolytic capacitor must be tested before shipment, and only when it meets the following standards can it be qualified. The test voltage shall not be less than 1.3 times of the rated voltage, and the capacity shall be within ± 20%. Delivery is not allowed if the above standards are not met! If the customer's goods are not inspected as required, the quality inspector of the warehouse shall bear the loss.
